Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Covalent Tools. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for the following reasons:
Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Unused and Resalable Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or special-order items are not returnable. Incorrect products ordered can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the value.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at info@covalenttools.co.za within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos or videos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and notify you if the return is approved.
  • Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include all accessories and documentation.
  • Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Purchaser agrees to pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely. As Covalent tools will not be held responsible if the item(s) do not reach us.
  • Confirmation: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

3. Refund Process:

If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.  Refunds will be issued in the form of shop credit or refunded to the bank account from which original payment was made.  

4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.  The same return conditions apply to exchanges.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
